We have been coming here for 20 years and we’ve had a great experience with their staff but we just recently had to put our dog down which the staff was very kind except for one of their receptionist Lindsey. She is very rude and shouldn’t be working front desk with that kind of attitude especially when we were asking a question. Very disappointing.
This hospital is really THE BEST! And the way they all, and especially Dr. Bruno, put the care of our pets before the thought of financials is rare! Max, Tony, Blacky and Smocky love them (2016)! 2023 Update: many years, and a few more cats and dogs later, we’re still here, we still love the hospital, been here since 2011.
I was profiled at this “vet”. I came in terrified because my dog was acting abnormally and instead of them moving with urgency in concern for my Pomeranian puppy they locked the door I guess just incase I decided to yo and leave before paying? After taking a $300 dollar deposit they may have felt safer. Although I would’ve preferred them charge the entire payment of $370. I feel taken advantage of and being the nice non confrontational person I am I simply said nothing once I noticed they cared more about the money than the ACTUAL HEALTH of my dog!! The process I went through to import this dog and the price I paid for both her and our other dog I picked up on the very same day is far worth the measles $370 bill. Wish this staff cared more or was at least more alert and empathetic to dog owners of all kinds.
I had a pleasant experience with Dr. Franko and her staff. Everyone was very friendly and they took great care of my little Gandalf. I also got him groomed and he looks fantastic! Thank you all
