I got my cat Boarded here for 5 days, no complaint with my cat. He seems well taken care of. My only complaint is the fact I was never told over the phone when I asked about pricing that they do require a wellness exam which is an extra 51$ plus the deflea which is another 7$. I was only told it was 132 for 5 days. I had just had my cat a month ago at a different vet office have a wellness exam and Brought in the vaccine docs that even showed that wellness exam was done along with up to date vaccines. but that didn’t matter. That didn’t really suite me well since they charged me for that when he just had one done nor about the deflea thing. My cat doesn’t even have fleas. He’s an indoor cat. So an extra 58$ for nothing. I did ask about it the day I dropped off my cat and was told it’s needed once a year for the cat, but it’s the fact I just had one and had documentation provided showing he had literally had one a month ago. Spent more money then I was originally told to just come to the office the day to board him and boom surprise more money and when I pay and get home and look at the bill that’s when I noticed the deflea that no one mentioned to me either. Kinda felt being taken advantage of. And the dark skin girl at the front is not the most friendly person either. Doesn’t smile and doesn’t make you feel welcome nor happy to answer your questions. Receptionist are the face of the company who represent someone who takes part in caring for your animals. Not too sure if I want to come back after being over charged like that without notice. Really left a bad taste in my mouth, honestly. This was also my first boarding experience as a pet owner as well.

Due to mishandling of a surgery! They took away my friends cat. My friends cat was taken in for a tooth extraction and they over dosed her on anesthesia, after the surgery was over the cat didn’t wake up!!!
Prior to this surgery I did take my cat to them for a few times to figure out what is wrong with my cat and they kept giving me wrong diagnosis.
They are responsible for this and they are not taking any responsibility.
I will sue them
