Very friendly and professional staff who know there pets
Unfortunately, we?ve had to come here for several emergencies one of our cats jump off the lanai and got cut pretty bad. They got us in immediately got her stitched up. I did several follow ups to make sure she was OK. These people really care about your animals.
After my second visit here I was 100{02906c4e17247083861f4e48fa8b104998c0a8e821acbabff246ef4a5da913f3} sure this was going to be my permanent clinic for my 2 fur babies. Staff is exceptional and the doctors are thorough. They treat your fur babies like their own:) You can tell they are all passionate on working with animals.
Took our new puppy in for some tummy issues , we didn?t have an appointment but we?re able to be put on a list for a cancellation. We got a call back quickly and was able to bring our boy in to been seen by Dr.Bizari. He was very thorough and answered all questions I had . We left we some probiotics to help with our issues. Called in advance to ask about pricing and they were super friendly and scheduled me an appointment. I show up to my appointment and they charge me fees for being ?squeezed in.? The lady on the phone told me they charge for squeezing in which is why I made an appointment, yet somehow they charge the extra fee anyways. According to them, they have normal appointments and squeeze in appointments but they don?t share that with you over the phone. Kinda ridiculous, seems like they?re just ripping ppl off but at least I got what I needed for my pet.
