VCA Veterinarians were highly recommended both in profession and heartfelt care, by our utmost caring regular veterinarian Dr Scott Harada.
VCA Drs may excel in what they do, however there was no real care shown for both the pet and the pet?s owners in the way of no follow up calls (cancer pet patient), no/late return calls, no reassurance in follow up help with any pet issues, which would have made a big difference in this review.

Their phone menu has 5 options. The only one that works is the #1 for Emergencies, then the Emergency person transfers me to the front desk. The other buttons don?t work, then it repeats the main menu. This has been going on for a year now. Hope they will fix it soon. It?s irritating for me, and the emergency department.
It’s probably a little too early to make a review seeing as I have not yet brought my dog in to see anyone, but I wanted to write a quick review about the amazing receptionist I spoke with on the phone Breishia. She was so sweet, calm, informative, upfront, and comforting on the phone. I already loved her demeanor but she then referred to my dog as “baby” and I felt even more so like I would be in good hands.
I’m grateful for this experience and I feel a lot better about choosing VCA to help Hoku on this journey. Thank you Breishia!!
Want to give this place a 0. Too expensive. And way too money hungry.. bad service and it isn?t worth your time going here. Not worth it..
Would not work with me on price and paid over 10k on my dog for hip surgery that was hit by a car. Appreciate the surgery but a price this high is not only insane, but truly unfair.
