Did not like that we did not get to go into the exam room for a routine well puppy exam but otherwise front desk tech was informative, friendly and helpful.
Got my dogs teeth cleaned, didn’t look very clean. They didn’t mentioned any other treatment needed. Took him elsewhere and he had 19 teeth removed from infections and being decayed. Why couldn’t they do this at star vet? I’d love to know. I trusted this vet to take care of my dog and inform me of these kinds of things… tooth infections in a dog is miserable!!! Abscesses can kill you.
Wonderful vet experience. We don’t live local but they were able to fit us in and the vet was so kind, patient, thorough, and did a wonderful job explaining his thoughts on what was going on. I wish there were vets like this everywhere!
