Very friendly and thorough. They answered my questions and were very kind to me and more importantly to my dog.
My wife took my dog Buddy there for his annual. The staff were extremely friendly and sweet towards our little guy. The vet tech was very kind and answered any questions my wife had, and the vet was very thorough with his exam and answered any additional questions. Buddy loved every minute being there.
Also, they are very reasonably priced for their services.
Would highly recommend this clinic to anyone living in Bethalto.
Love this office. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They take great care of my pets. They are also affordable!
