My dog had a claw in its eye.. I repeatedly told them there is something in the eye, before and after the examination.. The appointment for them was to get the deposit, and sell medication instead of addressing the problem. Took the dog to another vent 4 days later they stained the eye and took out the claw in 13 mins from getting in there.
Dr Popp and vet tech Ivan were very personable and made the experience fun. Always nervous about a new pup and a new vet they reassured me that each vaccine and new medication is perfectly normal. The desk staff and the facility is clean and spacious allowing a pleasant wait time.
