I have to say that coming here was the best decision I ever made for my pet. After experiencing the unprofessional and condescending staff at Hyde Park Animal Hospital, I am relieved and grateful for South Loop Animal Hospital. I am so grateful to Dr. Slezak for her caring and sweet nature. The level of knowledge and service at this place is unmatched.
Dr. Ujiki is AWESOME! So professional, so thorough, so understanding! Even our dog was so calm with her.

I have never experienced such a complete lack of transparency. I’m new to the area and sadly chose this vet to go to. They will add things without telling you the cost and completely blind side you when it’s time to check out. Please don’t let them take advantage of you!
Great experience. Usually took my dog to a popular streeterville vet and south loop was far superior. The doctor explained everything thoroughly and was wonderful.
