The 2 instances I had with this Vet at this location have been unhelpful, frustrating and I leave empty handed and he really just seems to want to make money with unnecessary procedures. With both of my cats all he seemed to recommend was biopsies that would have caused much trauma to both of them. I went to see other Banfield vets and called an ER hotline and their plan care was complete opposite. I tried to avoid this location but my cat was hurt and he was the first one available. I left with no plan of care on what to do with an open wound on one of his paws and all he told me was "let’s do a biopsy on both front paws." Thankfully I got squeezed into another Banfield Vet that gave me answers and a plan of what to do without causing any trauma to my kitties.
