Great place with great staff.
The only experience I’ve had with this clinic is one phone call. You shouldn’t advertise to PROVIDE AFTER HOURS EMERGENCY CARE when all you do is provide 2 numbers to clinics 1+ hours away that actually do.
They want to take out their office aggression on the customers, and to do that they target the innocent pets.
We were one of the first families to bring our dogs to dr. Erica and over the years we have seen worse and worse service. Oftentimes we are rushed through her office with our animals paying the price while other people get premium service. We are forced to pay if we cancel an appointment while other people can simply walk in off the street to cut in line. We’ll have to find somewhere else to take our animals on the future.
