BIG HOLLOW’s the best! Friendly staff..clean office..caring facility..Glory had it “RUFF” but no more thnx 2 these guys!
I had been bringing my cat here over 10 years with no issue. In fact, one of the doctors was a close family friend. At age 18, my cat developed a tumor near his lung. You can imagine I was absolutely heartbroken. I would?ve spent my entire life savings to make him better. I just wanted him to get better. I took him to multiple other vets for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th opinions. When I contacted big hollow to request my baby?s medical information for these other vets, the lady I spoke with was immensely rude and difficult. She even hung up on me as I was talking. It was so unexpected as I?d never any problem with them before. Unfortunately a few weeks after receiving his diagnosis, my cat passed away. It?s been about a year now as I?m writing this review. I still think about that interaction to this day. If the person I spoke to interacted with me the way she did with me in one of the hardest periods in my life, how had she been treating my cat when I left him there. Someone who truly cares about these animals would never be upset to share potentially life saving information. As I mentioned it has been a year, and I don?t even know if this lady still works here. I hope this review is taken into account and prevents anyone else from being treated this way.
The vets here are great. One particular front staff member gets a 0 out of 10 for being rude and unprofessional. After are complaints nothing has changed. For that reason I’m out. I have been a customer for 40 years
Dr Malcom and staff are wonderful. They take the time to listen and communicate with you. Couldn?t recommend them to care for your pet they treat them as family.
