Took my dog in Friday as an emergency, I thought she could be having seizures. The bill was 350, I was able to pay 250 that day with the other 100 to be paid 3 days later. Today I am getting ready to go up to pay the other 100 I get a text message that informs me that the test results are being withheld until they get the other 98 dollar balance. So they are far more worried about the 98 dollars then the health and well being of my pet. They will get their 98 dollars today as agreed by me. But they will never get me or my families patronage again. And I highly urge anyone whom cares and loves their pet like family to take them to a clinic with a little more compassion and a little less corporate greed.
HORRIBLE OUTCOME!!! WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! Did not render services for our dog that we paid for…lied..mislead..charged for extra meds we didn’t need with No refund!! NOT CONCERNED WITH BEST CARE OF OUR PET ONLY MONEY!!
Very friendly and caring staff! My puppy is always very well taken care of. They also gave updates during his surgery which is very thoughtful of them.
