I have been going thrre for a while and like it butI asked for the doctor to call me the other day and she never did.
My older anxious/aggressive chihuahua mix HATES vet visits of all kinds, but she was sorely in need of some pretty significant dental work. The staff at Riser were kind and compassionate, and didn’t make me feel guilty that I hadn’t had her treated sooner.
1) I was provided a clear, itemized estimate by email, which was far lower than any other vet’s office I contacted (a VCA animal hospital wouldn’t even provide a quote!).
2) The assistant was incredibly kind (Celi, I hope I’m remembering your name correctly), and the vet performing the surgery called me and went through each tooth that was extracted and why, plus read through all the after care instructions with me.
The next day, my little Baker girl was like it never happened. I’m so happy we got her all fixed up, and so glad I chose Riser!
47 dollars to put a a cotton swab in my dogs ear, you guys are insane
They always treat my fur babies like they are family. I love that they want our fur babies to enjoy coming to them not fearing the vet. I would definitely recommend them!
