All about the money don’t really care about your pet believe me I know. my dog needed surgery and it was 4000 dollars I had 2000 and wanted to make arrangements on the rest they said we need it all up front before we would even consider it well I ended up paying the 4000 and she had surgery only to get another bill for over 1000 dollars and the surgery they didn’t get all the mass and it came back bigger with in a month and they want another 3000 to go back in.they are a money hungry place getting people like me to pay for their add on to the facility.
We had to bring our dog Reggie in on an emergency basis last week. Unfortunately, Reggie crossed the rainbow bridge the same night. While the experience of losing our fur baby was awful, MedVet was extremely compassionate and professional. The staff spoke to us in a way we understood and supported us beautifully as we made decisions for Reggie’s care. MedVet provided us a private, comfortable space to spend time with Reggie and gave us treats to spoil Reggie with one last time. We never felt rushed in the process. We truly felt supported in our grief.
We were given a beautiful urn for Reggie’s ashes and a clay cast of Reggie’s paw. A few days later, we received a heartfelt sympathy card from the staff along with two ink prints of Reggie’s paw.
MedVet truly cares about their patients and families! They made a terrible situation a tiny bit more bearable.
Great emergency experience tonight. Friendly, professional, and understanding staff.
