Pleasant people. Once I was in the room (immediately) they actually let my cats out of their cages while we waited and then they stopped meowing.
I called to setup a new patient appointment for my cat and was offered next day appointment availability. The entire staff was kind and friendly and we had a great experience during our appointment.
