Take your business elsewhere!!! Waste of my time and money 🙁 The lady that put info into the computer and asked me questions was super nice and thorough. She then told me the vet would be in shortly. I waited and he came in, said “hello”, looked at my rats foot FOR LITERALLY TWO SECONDS and said “she?s fine give her two weeks” and LEFT IMMEDIATELY. Didn?t even tell me what to do about her swollen foot. I had just explained for 15 minutes to the nice lady that she won?t eat and keeps shaking/making clicking noises JUST LIKE MY OTHER TWO PETS THAT PASSED AWAY. Once he left I could tell the lady was trying to salvage that interaction and make me feel better but I could tell she knew that he didn?t help me in the slightest. He couldn?t care less about your pets 🙁 I doubt he even knew what he was talking about because my last two keep getting worse and worse till they passed. He was in and out within five seconds kid you not. Unprofessional. I am so furious because not only am I scared my baby is going to do the same thing and pass away but that was my hard earned money for that jacka$$ to waste my time 🙁 🙁 🙁

Easy to get appointment. Everyone is so kind to the animals. The doctor is very nice and he knows his stuff!! Hats off to Chelsea!
