This has been our vet for 13 years. We love the doctors, some of the best in the area, but we simply can’t get in, booked a month out for basic services, they’ve become very short with my concerns on the phone, been turned away twice in the last month, recently got turned away for an emergency surgery, lady told me they were booked out a month for surgeries, so I had to switch vets to Aurburn Hills, it’s a 45 minute drive for me. My cat swallowed a nerf dart, I called Aboite and got cut short on a phone call saying they couldn’t help and had no suggestions… I ended up calling Auburn as a last resort, and they told me they were full but would not turn him away. He literally had hours to live, drove all the way up there, the girls ran out as we pulled in, took my cat straight to the back, and did the surgery 45 minutes later without even knowing who we were! It’s unfortunate because we really liked Aboite…
Love all the staff… doc is just phenomenal with me and my two large dogs.
My 10 year old Maltese, Ted has been dealing with yeast skin infections for the past year in Washington. I brought her to Dr. Sunil Gupta here in Fort Wayne for a second opinion. He recommended anti fungal meds and shampoo & antibiotics, she’s already looking better.
