Love dr, Hall, he is great with our exotics, reasonably priced and great with our babies.
Banfield Hospital in Greenwood on 31 is not my furbabies favorite place to be he never hissed at the techs before coming here, but he has always not liked them going in the back. My cat is a loving cat.
I had to write a review just to get them to clean the store so it didn’t smell it lasted for a while but now it is getting back to bad Odors again. I can go to the store on E. Washington St. For products. But they have no hospital there and the store is hige also very clean!!!
Animals don’t like all of these bad smelling odors either it can cause them to act up in the store. Not to mention they have to walk on that floor and lick off that nastiness from thier paws.
The last time I was in for a procedure on my fur baby they did explain to me what was going to happen to my furbaby about to have surgery (just the way we are when we have procedures done) the doctor called to tell me about my furbaby and after the surgery talked with me about discharge. All the staff were nice. And helpful. They listen when I was talking to them not cutting me off. They showed genuine compassion and care.
