My dog was seen at this practice several times recently. On the first visit (a Monday afternoon), he was diagnosed with conjunctivitis and prescribed eye drops. Three days later, my groomer found an abnormality BRAC missed entirely. When I tried to get him back in that (Thurs) afternoon, I was advised to take him to an emergency center. Second visit (Friday morning), they offered a different diagnosis (one I suggested based on Google research) and referred me to a neurologist for the abnormality they missed. Same afternoon (Fri), we saw a highly recommended vet in Carmel and got a quick (and accurate) diagnosis, without a referral for expensive MRIs and testing. My dog is nearly 14! I will NEVER use or trust this clinic again. When I heard from their practice manager about my complaint, he wanted to try to (re-diagnose) and explain away the inaccuracies. IMO, BRAC vets and facility are nice and polished, but not experienced or knowledgable. I highly recommend Dr. Carter in Carmel, IN. His level of knowledge and his “no nonsense” approach put BRAC to shame!
Very friendly and competent staff. My cat actually enjoys going there!
The vets and staff were very kind and handled my 85lb Boxer/Great Dane with respect and care. I also have two domestic shorthair cats I take here for care that are well cared for, too. The parking lot is a bit to navigate at times being wedged as it is, however, it’s not impossible if there aren’t many cars. That doesn’t detract from the animal care, it’s just to let you know to be extra careful when leaving the clinic.
The Veterinarians we’ve had were professional, kind, patient and thoroughly answered questions.

After a few visits and waiting in clean patient rooms – I noticed the staff and exhibited natural concern and care for our pet.
I appreciated that and they’re reassurances they’d take good care of our pet.
