Appreciate the caring, competent staff
I was very pleased with the vet and the techs at Heartland Animal Hospital Fairfax. Cooper, my dog, is 8 and 1/2 yrs. old and is in great shape. They are very caring and even emailed me the next day and asked how cooper was doing since he had 2 shots he was due for.
I reached out the Heartland Cedar rapids for an emergency vet visit for my fur baby, although they were booked they quickly got him in at their Fairfax location. The Dr and staff were wonderful and kind. My baby is back on the mend thanks to these caring people. Top notch care with reasonable prices and availability to be seen urgently. Also want to note they took us into an exam room immediately at our scheduled appt time, examined him and performed a procedure in under an hour! I will be using them for the rest of my time in Iowa.
I like it’s a new follow-up after treatment for your animal shows that they are concerned on the care that they’re giving
