Very helpful with handling multiple animals and fitting my dog with a leash.
Yesterday our poor boy was seizing and having trouble breathing, we called the office to see if they were open and that we had an emergency and our dog needed to be seen asap. They refused us because our dogs aren’t normal patients with them. Told us they wouldn’t help and to try somewhere else. He ended up passing away on our way to Des Moines. I am soooooo disappointed and hurt that a business, who’s main job is to help animals, refused to help one who was in desperate need.
I am not going to sit here and bash the company further, because for their normal patients they may be fine, but our experience and the cold uncaring treatment will forever stick with us….
