Fast, friendly and works well with my pet!
Love Value Vet. They found a heart mur mur my cat had that was never diagnosed. Now we are aware of it and can take care of him the best we can. They are also not real high priced.
Does the bare minimum. Staff seem lost all the time. Doctors are hardly there. Gone twice for my cat’s issues in the past month, and all they did was give pain medicine and “prescription food” that didn’t help her issues, but made them worse. I’ve gone to worse vets that did a better job than this. I will not be going back just for them to put a bandaid on a bigger issue.
Can’t praise Value Vet enough for always going above and beyond! Every visit is always such a smooth process & all our questions are answered! (& we typically have a lot of them)
