Great service. Easy to book!
A while back, my girlfriend dropped her kitty off for the day here and when the kitty was picked up he had clearly never been taken out of his carrier. Their reason was that he "didn’t have all of his shots" when he actually did but it was under a different name. He also supposedly wasn’t in their system so they supposedly didn’t know who he was, but his paperwork was on the desk and they just never put it in.
The kitty ended up traumatized and clearly had separation anxiety from this, it also caused some distress between my girlfriend and the kitty as he didn’t trust her for a lil bit after.
I don’t recommend using this spa for boarding as there are clearly issues with how they handle not just pets but their documentation as well. Poses a safety risk for pets who might have specific needs.
