Vet techs can’t even do a nail trim. What’s the point of even having them here. Just to answer calls? Got help immediately at another office and not petco like recommended. Lazy… train better… vet techs should know how to trim nails… I literally could’ve done it myself since I use to be a vet tech.. but didn’t have nail clippers and only a grinder. Just worthless workers that need training or be welcoming. Would’ve been an easy $15…
Never again. Burlingame Road Animal Hospital can never see you without an appointment far in advance and they always attempt to push higher cost treatments. Every time l have gone in there l have been made to feel like l am inconveniencing them. Do not take your pet here. Zero stars.
This veterinary practice used to provide good, caring service for my pets years ago. But they have clearly become just another money-hungry business, lacking in real sympathy or quality care.
Their focus seems solely on maximizing fees and pushing unnecessary procedures rather than listening to pet owners and addressing our animals? real needs. During my recent visit, the vet was far more interested in aggressively upselling expensive testing and treatment than actually diagnosing the issue or providing reassuring advice as a vet should.
And to top it off, while a simple procedure was being done, the vet and staff fretted more over a $2 dollar blanket than properly monitoring my pet. Their standards of animal care have seriously slipped.
It is outrageous and upsetting how much the care and compassion at this vet has deteriorated. They seem to see pets as dollar signs rather than living creatures deserving of good medical support. I will absolutely not be returning for my pets? continued care.
My animals deserve so much better than this money-hungry vet dealing more with paperwork than actual veterinary practice. There are far more caring and trustworthy vets available. This place has lost me as a client forever due to their unforgivable drop in quality and ethics. The experience was truly a bad one to say the least!
