First time experience was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My dog has separation anxiety, so they offered some suggestions, as well as a prescription, to help. I was also looking for a place to board my dog and to my wonderful surprise, they board animals. 2 birds one stone. Highly recommend.
The staff there genuinely care about the animals brought to them. They are not afraid to be honest with owners and tell them what is best for the animal and what is unnecessary. They will do whatever the owner requests so that everyone is happy and the animal has the best care. Knowledgeable. Compassionate.
They took excellent care of my basset hound Gus. We were visiting from out of town, and they were able to get him in as a walk-in. The doctor was kind and patient with him, and the staff was great. They explained the check-in process since Gus was a new patient, and they explained the charges before any procedures. We will definitely come back if Gus ever needs care while we are in town. Thank you Indian Hills, for helping my little guy feel better and for putting my mind at ease.
