This place is more of a business than it is a clinic. After I heard a lot of good things about this place, I must say I was very disappointed and wont be back. While the staff is nice and the clinic has a nice warm atmosphere, the doctors are very pushy trying to sell things. They gave my dogs a lot of unnecessary vaccinations that I did not even ask for. One of my dogs is very protective of me when i am in the same room, so they took her to a back room for the vaccination(s) and exam, which was fine with me. Normally that’s a 2 -5 min deal, but after 20 min my dog was still not back there and I started to worry if she bit someone or something else happened. They finally bring her back and say that they tried to get a fecal sample out of her but she did not want to…so on top of the vaccinations i did not ask for they tried to charge me for a fecal sample, too…my dog is on all parasite preventatives there are, and I would also like to be asked if I want to submit my dog’s fecal sample. Thank god my girl has her poopy schedule and was not able to give them the sample which would have resulted in another unauthorized charge. All in all, not happy. Too shady. Steep prices, too.
