Very caring staff always doing there best to help your pet
Doctor David Laroy is a horrible person! I thought that as a team, "[Our] mission is to provide high quality veterinary care in a compassionate manner by utilizing effective client communication," which is the last thing Dr Laroy did with me! In the end, he was very offensive, condescending and arrogant, and deserves to be fired! His customer service turned me off to the entire clinic unfortunately. I was very displeased and forced to take my business elsewhere.
Dr Leap was very sweet to our sick pup. Staff was amazing in our urgent situation, and was very sympathetic.
Love the way everyone has a love for my babies when I walk in the door! 3 schnauzers can be a lot but are felt very welcomed!
