Thanks you for the great service you guys have provided me. I unfortunately had to put my dog down with them. The care and help they provided me was great. They even sent me his paw print along with his ashes. Highly recommend!
Impossible to get answers from them. Made me wait in my car for 15 minutes past my appointment time when it was 90 degrees outside. Were pretty rough with my new kittens. Will not email me back even though they promise to be very available through their online portal. Told me several times my visit would be free then charged me $340 and tried to call it something else to excuse their lie. I won’t be back.
The staff is very competent and empathetic, and they take great care of our fur babies! Highly recommend!
