My cat was extremely thin. Took her there more than once for this issue.They should’ve been more aggressive and offered more to figure out the issue. Last call I made to make another appointment a woman on the phone said, "Some cats are just skinny." I just hung up and never returned and will not go back.
The cat died peacefully and was well cared for until her demise.
Very unorganized. I called so I can drop off my dog 20 mins before appt, I had an appt at the same time for myself at the gym with a trainer. Well, the receptionist would not accept my dog and I ended up missing my appt. She didn’t even care about the previous arrangements. She said "wait in the room 1 sec". Lack of respect for other ppls time.
