FUNNY THING IS I WITNESSED 2 SEPARATE OTHER CUSTOMERS UPSET FOR 2 TOTALLY SEPARATE REASONS.

SOMEHOW A VISIT FOR VACCINES TURNED INTO A $300 INVOICE THAT NO ONE SHARED WITH ME UNTIL IT WAS ALL OVER. VACCINES !!!

The management has changed, and Dr. Burns is no longer there. We were not informed about the change in ownership, and it was quite a surprise when we took our dog for her annual checkup and shots. Dr. Burns was great; he was so quick and gentle with our dog, and his techs knew how to handle her. The new tech could not handle her, and she got so stressed they had to put a muzzle on her! And the doctor did not look her over or talk to us at all. He just gave her the shots and we were charged $50 for a well visit, when he did not even look at her! And the tech kept pestering us about doing a heart worm test when she has no symptoms of heart worm and we give her the monthly preventive medicine. So disappointed in the experience! We will be looking for a new vet!
I had to take my dog there!! She fell off the back of the couch, and the vet thinks she injured her back!! He checked her over and my dogs didn’t yelp, sent her home with some prednisone!!! The medicine 2 pills and she is already feeling better!! 💞💞💞💞⚘ï¸âš˜ï¸âš˜ï¸âš˜ï¸ðŸ˜˜ðŸ˜˜ðŸ˜ŠðŸ˜ŠðŸ˜ŠðŸ˜ŠðŸ˜Š
