First visit – I had all of my cat information sent their way an entire week before our first appointment and when I arrived the vet had not even glanced at his paperwork. She kept asking me for medicine names that most people can’t pronounce and when I advised she look at his paperwork, she said she would "do that later" even tho she could’ve spent 2 minutes reviewing it with me there to provide informed advice.
I scheduled an appt for his dental cleaning for the next week,
When I arrived, I found out that they DO NOT do dental x rays which is a huge issue. Plenty of dental issues can be missed without x rays.
I canceled the appt and paid the 50$ cancelation fee. When I advised they provide that information before signing people up for dental cleaning, I was told that I "could’ve" asked.
When taking an animal into a vet for medical treatment, all pertinent information should be shared, for example, lacking a vital tool needed for diagnosing cracked teeth, absesses, tumors, etc
The vet walked in the office while I was there deciding, she looked at me very disgruntled, didn’t say anything and left the room.
If I could leave 0 stars I would.
People looking for cat dental work beware.

After I left, I took my cat to Brighton Animal clinic that charged less with X rays than the service es you offered without. I have spent thousands of dollars on Rebel and his various health conditions. Attached is proof of his dental work at a different and more professional clinic.
2nd response to my review: the dental cleaning offered before x rays was under 300$ as posted so clearly it still would have been less expensive if I didn’t need to get additional work done on rebel for separate health concerns.
Your blanket statement to the public that I don’t take care of my cat is called LIBEL and I can take legal action. I have kept every receipt which prove your allegations false
