10/10!! I’ve been to a few different vets and I have to say finding a good vet is hard! Not only did I have a great experience here but the staff treats you like family and gives the best care for you pets! I took my bearded dragon here that I rescued, he was showing signs of tail rot. They explained everything perfectly and provided excellent care. My baby did end up having to get his tail amputated. They did a fantastic job! It healed perfectly and he’s no longer in any pain. I moved 5 hours away from this vet but if anything were to happen I’m definitely making the drive! There’s no other vet I trust with my babies!!

We brought our pure bred Flemmish giant rabbit Khaleesi to All Pets Veterinary Center Tuesday Jan 7, 2020 because she wasn’t eating. Dr Jewell told us that she was so ill she may not live and that to save her life it would cost $700 or more. She had an infection in her bladder and kidneys. She was less than 3 years old. We trusted her and believed when she said this problem would likely recur and cost similar amounts if she even lived. She talked us into signing her back to Harvey’s House Rabbit Rescue but instead had us sign her back to All Pets. We ONLY did this because she said they wouldn’t euthanize her and her life would be spared. I was told i would get updates on her but we can’t afford those kinds of prices. But we wanted her to live. Two days later Dr Jewell wouldn’t even tell me if Khaleesi was dead or alive. i posted complaining on Harvey’s House’s page and she said if i didn’t post any more negative then she would give me daily updates. She said Khaleesi’s bills were $1200!!! I called around and found that with her symptoms and her age the cost should have been $200 and expect a full recovery. Harvey’s House made up lies, saying they gave support they didn’t give. Jewell gave my rabbit to someone in Indiana who refused to return her to me. I want my rabbit back, but i also want to warn others so they won’t end up like we are. Do NOT take your pet here!

Three years later my family and i have never gotten over Dr Jewell lying to us (which i can still prove) and illegally stealing our pet (which i can also still prove). Take your pet there at your own risk, but i wouldn’t. I have seen where others leaving reviews have been treated as badly as i was. She called the police on someone in her office who was upset at the horrible treatment they and their pet received there, which is in the reviews here, and she had a police friend of hers come to my house a few months after she stole our rabbit, making false claims against me saying i threatened her when i never have and never would. I only want to educate people not to have the same problem that i did with her, that’s all. The community needs to know that they are taking a risk bringing a pet to Misery Jewell.

Wish we had found Dr. JEWELL and All Pets years ago. We had a bird, a Green Cheek Conure named Chirpie. She is our Heart. It’s very difficult to write, as our experience is still fresh, but if you are reading reviews, then you are searching and it’s important.

Chirpie had an issue that was difficult to diagnose, healthy blood work and exams, yet still painful and scary attacks. Her previous vet was only treating symptoms, as if throwing spaghetti against the wall. We knew if Chirpie were to have a chance, we needed to try someone new. The staff was kind, empathetic and worked us in quickly. Dr. Jewell listened closely, spent time, ran tests, was gentle and would try to calm Chirpie with kisses and holding her close to her chest (even though Chirpie still knew she is a vet). When uncertain about our case, she was humble to consult with colleagues and refer us to an out-of-state specialist, something pride prevents some vets from doing. The specialist was unfruitful, so we returned home and asked Dr. Jewell to come over and euthanize. She kindly came to our home and we shared information from the specialist. She noted Chirpie still had life and rather than putting her to sleep, recommended trying another course of treatment. She was even able to successfully perform a procedure the specialist had refused to try.

As a result of her care, listening and educating us, we were able to gain another month and a half of beautiful spring good days outside with Chirpie. She loved being outside! She no longer needed to die during the winter after a long difficult battle, something that would have happened otherwise. She even began regrowing her feathers and nails and eating by herself and drinking again, a sign of promise.

Jewell even contacted a second regional specialist on our behalf. But in the end, a fatal attack suddenly came after many good days and additional precious memories. There was nothing more that could have been done.

I’m convinced if we had found Dr. Jewell and All Pets sooner, Jewell’s skill, listening, education, unconventional thinking and humility would have afforded us more time with our Baby.

Her techs and front desk were supportive, were pulling for Chirpie and understood our deep love for this very special bird.

Chirpie’s 20th birthday would have been just one week later. My wife and I are forever damaged, but could not have placed our trust in anyone better.

I just want to start this off by saying how thankful I am for this office and their wonderful compassionate staff. I unfortunately had to put my little furry guy to sleep on Monday and their staff took me in same day as a new client. Their compassion truly meant everything. I plan on switching Vet offices for all of my furry friends in the next few weeks. You guys are the best from the front office staff to the back vet staff. I can’t thank you all enough for everything ❤️
