they were a walk in clinic but now with only one doctor, they are too expensive for us clinic clients.
This is the worst place by far. They wanted to charge 250 for blood work on our family’s dying dog. They don’t return phone calls. O good luck talking to the vet she sends her rude uncompassinate tech out to do her dirty work. Dr Bolvick was who we saw. Her tech who was rude tried to say how my mom wanted to shell out more money on drugs when in fact my mom didn’t want. She just wanted our family dog not to be in pain any more. O and the place was very dirty .we ended up using my husband vet where they took care of our dog with compassion and dignity.
They are nice people. The rooms aren’t equipped for exams so your pet is taken away from you to another room for exam and shots. The vet doesn’t appear to the bitter end. It was odd. And they are extremely expensive. More than Twice the amount of my vet in CT.
Today’s marks the day Mar 31 2023 10am. Of My; Follow-up evaluation and vaccination return appointment. As a valued consumer of Blue Cross Animal Hospital, for many years, countless care and pet appointment’s. I love this place? It breaks my heart to leave such a comment? But! Here we go’.. The month of February and March.. were a difficult time of personal finances for my family and fixed income budget-fixed-supplemental obligations, to clarify a notable question today. As I have before, on "Discounts", coupons, discounts procedures and or medications. I’ as of -today, asked about future affordable rates. Today, While waiting? I was approached and asked politely, by the attendant doctor.. to leave Blue Cross Animal hospital today; or be escorted out of the East Broadway facility by Police, I was shocked! And for what?..for asking about price variance. The doctors response were.. being a questionable hostile to Blue Cross Staff and the attendant Doctor. Herself? In all replies.. Thank God’ my (face-time) chatter & communication with loved one’s at the time. It was recorded.. or I’d would be arrested for merely; -asking a Q&A question on affordable services. Concluding; upon paying for my services and receiving Blue Cross unimaginable treatment. About, comfort pricing. I exited the building as instructed, with "no" understanding, to any future services or visits. I was clearly, pegged as a threat? Why.. To inquire about hardship savings? So, I would ask first, for a "FIRM" affordable price list. Before any check-in’s? And, or out-patient services. Wow!
