I have had great experiences there with the front desk and doctors. I do not know want to diminish the good experiences over the the 2 not ok ones I had this past time. One of the night doctors was rude, 2nd when we went in to visit and found out there was really nothing that could be done and we decided to let our baby go(remind you we also had a teen in there with us and we were all visibly upset) we were all holding our cat and saying our goodbyes before the doctor comes in and the lady at the desk comes in and ASKS US IF WE WANT THE BILL NOW?! Excuse me? Read the room. My husband about lost it because it was so inconsiderate. I was too emotional to pay much attention but once I left I had time to think. When we were leaving and our baby was now gone I walk up to the desk…not an I’m sorry or even a face of empathy but just ok the remaining balance is…..really don’t think she should work with people in that aspect. But I gave four stars because really every time I’ve been and every interaction except for this one has been great. Even if you have become numb to it…try to be in someone’s shoes and at least try and fake sympathy or compassion

I won’t go into details cause those old wounds and feelings will just get me all upset. I took him a vet that was less than 2 miles from where I was picking up a load. They 8-10 hrs. I walked out without saying a word got uber To bring us here. Forget who she was, cause I was so emotional and distraught. I don’t remember half of what she said. Just that he wasn’t gonna make it through the week… I asked her if he need to go be with God and she said yes. I made her make that discussion. Cause I couldn’t. So I finished out my week of driving. Which I’ll admit it was the hardest thing of my life to do. Cause my riding partner was gone. His remains arrived the day before I got home. The doctor that waited on us was so nice and very helpful of making my arrangements. They sent me card, vile of his hair… I still miss him on daily and those wounds still hurt like hell… Rest easy Smokie.?

We came here after our dog was acting incredibly off. The biggest concern at any given moment was collecting the payment from us despite finding out our dog was in heart failure and needed to be euthanized. We had to see her in the back where all the other dogs were, which I understand because she was on oxygen. However, the tech staff were hovering right next to us and after a MINUTE of saying goodbye they asked to go ahead and euthanize her. I didn?t even get to hold her one last time. I put two stars for the vet who was candid about her chances of recovery vs whether euthanization would be best. (Even though I had to push her into saying the best course of action.) our experience here made losing our dog unexpectedly 100x worse. I do appreciate the vet tech who was empathetic and said that she?d probably be crying herself once we left the facility.

Our dog had severe reaction to something. Her face became so swollen she couldn?t see. The staff was amazing and they took her back immediately once we arrived. They were so busy that we had to just sit in the lobby and wait due to no rooms being available. The second shift/night shift were so nice to everyone that was there. They had us discharged in about 2 hours. Also pricing for emergency service was very fair.

They saved my cat from a urinary obstruction. They got my baby in immediately, and kept us updated on the couple of days he had to spend inpatient. Very honest place and the staff genuinely cares about your fur babies. It is expensive, but the life of my pet is priceless.
