Despite advertising that they treat birds and exotics, they failed to prescribe antibiotics to my sick bird before he stopped eating. He is on death’s door and being rushed to a more knowledgeable vet, but the chances of saving him are slim. They wouldn’t even force feed him or administer the first round of antibiotics. We left with a prescription and having been told to force feed him ourselves. They may be great with dogs and cats, but do your self a favor as a bird owner and go elsewhere.
My daughter brought home a sick kitten found on side of the road. I called the vet when they opened. Ruth said bring her right in and Dr. Berryhill saw her as soon as possible. They have called every 2 days to check on her.
Fantastic vets. Dr. Berryhill takes the time to explain what is going on with my dog and the reasoning behind his decisions for her care.
