Dr. Beier is extremely rude – to both her customers and her staff. She speaks to everyone as if they are ignorant and talks over you whenever you dare ask a question. Also, her clinic is disgusting. I’m talking upside down, dead roaches on the floor – smells of urine. The place flooded in 2016 and the tile was never changed. Now, does she know her stuff? Absolutely. However if I am going to spend money on my fur babies there are so many better, cleaner, and kinder options. I switched to a new vet about a year ago and she was rude and difficult until the very end regarding me getting their medical records. I would not recommend her services to anyone!
Dr Beier agreed to see my dog immediately when she had an eye injury. I live in Pensacola but am in Baton Rouge often and even though we were not registered patients, she took care of Rags. She took time with me to explain medication and ointment treatment and answered all my questions. She and her staff were efficient and kind. When I got the bill there was no expensive non patient emergency fee, the bill was very reasonable. I am so grateful for her seeing us on short notice. THANK YOU!!
I cannot sing this woman’s praises enough. She is to the point and extremely thorough. On top of that, her compassion for her patients (the animals) is unmatched to what i’ve seen at other vets. She and her team, in my eyes, saved my dogs life after a secondary infection from a surgery from another vet. I will sing her praises for the rest of my life. We were with her for treatment for months and she made the process as easy as it could be for me. Not to mention her staff’s customer service is out of this world, to receive the comfort and kindness I did throughout all of this is very rare to find in this world today. Highly recommend this hospital. Once my dog was finally healed, i just wanted to cry and hug her for all she had done for me!
