Banfield is an average pet care provider. I have one issue with them. They provide the appointments and checkups, but they do not give details regarding the visit outside of the documents I received when leaving. This is concerning since the documents can list several health notifications without indicating which ones are complications that my pet has. If you have appointments there make sure to ask them what they found before leaving.

All vet businesses may cost a bit more money, but it’s your furry family that is being taken care of. Dr. Saunders is a wonderful doc that really cares about his patients. I have two felines that see him at PetStar, and each visit, all the staff is caring and loves animals.
