Fantastic staff. They love their job.
Everyone was really nice and gladly answered any questions we had. This is where we get all our animals,and we have a “few” lol
It was my first time there. Flying my son’s cat to Rhode Island and needed a health certificate. The staff was friendly and kind. The vet tech was so good with our cat. Dr Ritter was excellent and our cat didn’t fight at all during the exam. It was a pleasant experience and no trauma for our pet. I plan to use this vet for the other 3 cats we have. We have had some negative experiences at other vets. I highly recommend this animal hospital.
I would recommend Riverside to anyone who is seeking a good, professional, reliable, and compassionate vet. I’ve been using their services since 1975, and I’ve always received exceptional service. It is obvious that the staff love pets, and enjoy making their visit pleasant. They are involved with their patrons and always send cards of sympathy, birthday and congratulations when warranted.
I would like to thank Dr Ritter, Christina, Ashley, & Chris for the love and care they showed Desire over the past 14 years. Letting her go was very difficult but I’m so thankful she was surrounded by people that loved her and felt like family. Wishing you all the best!
