I’ve always had a 4+* experience at this facility. It has undergone some hierarchical changes, as well as staff changes, but the compassion and quality of care have always been great! The new VCA corporate style, along with the myVCA app, has started to fix some of the appointment reminder issues I used to experience from the former structure. Before the VCA “takeover” I would regularly bring my pets for one issue or another every 4-6 months and would get mailings in November telling me an animal was due for a booster the previous March – yet I may have brought that same animal they’re referencing for an April and October appointment – so thank goodness this new system is getting itself together!
I would definitely recommend it on a personal level, especially now.
