This place is the absolute best care for dogs (and cats I would presume). So caring, so kind, and very compassionate. Always attentive and thorough. Dr. T and Dr. Bryant are some of the most genuine people I have had the pleasure of meeting. Very clean offices along with fair prices, an incredibly friendly staff, and excellent care.
I did like Dr. T but, last year I found out my dog was due for her shots by the groomer rather than her vet’s office. So, to keep up on it myself, I needed help accessing her info. The front desk staff wasn’t willing to help me and instead hung up. When I called back, they sang "I saw the sign" by Ace of Base on the phone and made heavy breathing noises. I’m guessing these are the kind of immature girls who loves animals but don’t like people and probably especially men. When I sent an email describing my difficulties, the response misquoted me and threatened a lawsuit for harassment because I called back several times trying to get the phone number of would could possibly help with the info.
My husband and I recently got a puppy and this animal hospital is extremely reasonably priced and they have the best customer service! My pup started having diarrhea and I couldn’t get an appointment, but the employee over the phone said she will take note and let the doctor know, and within the same day they were able to prescribe some meds for my pup. I feel super valued here as a client and they really do care for your pups!
