You can tell the staff truly cares about the well being of the animal. Our pet was immediately seen and made sure that he was stable. We are really thankful for the fast response time and compassion because we were truly terrified about our pet.

The only reason for 4 star review and not a 5 star is because of the wait to be seen after our pet was stable. But they were extremely busy and we understand. I do want to thank the staff because they have a lot to deal with on a daily basis and it can’t be easy. My only suggestion would be to please expand the practice to help with the wait times and I hope more pet owners can be helped like we were.

Unfortunately, we had to bring our one year old pup here due to uncontrollable seizures. It was a quick decline in two months…it was a very hard ordeal for our pup and for us. The staff at this facility were accommodating and nice each time we went there. After the last trip and some IV meds, he did not get better …so we made the decision to put him to sleep and stop the seizures for good…this trauma we went through did not go unnoticed by the staff. They helped us the whole way through.. we thank them for their kindness and thoughtfulness during that very difficult journey. We recommend this facility to folks who need help with their furbaby too.

Great vet and nice staff, but the visit took 3+ hours. I was told an hour ago that they were discharging my cat and they forgot. It’s also really expensive. Unless your pet is really really sick, just go to your normal vet. This was not worth the visit.

When my dogs accidentally ingested Proin, this vet saved their lives. They also have an incredible physical therapy department (my Dalmatian has back issues). Cannot give them enough praises for their compassionate and competent care.
