They are so very friendly to me and my cats and dog. They are also competent on the phone – if I want medical records per email, if a prescription is needed, if I ask for the Dr to call me back.

Love it, great hours. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and vet.

My wife and I took our cat in for a routine check up. He had a little scab on his side but was otherwise doing ok. He was happy, filled with energy, and living his best life. The vet said that the scab was likely due to our cat playing with our other cat. The vet then suggested two shots. We agreed.

A few days later, our cat was not breathing well. Our cat became extremely lethargic and lost all energy. Our cat was not himself anymore. We took our cat to a pet ER. The vet at the ER informed us that our cat had heart disease. Our cat’s lungs were filling up with fluid and he was having a lot of trouble breathing. The ER vet believed that the steroid injection had triggered the underlying condition. If the doctor had listened to his heart properly, he would have picked up on the heart murmur! The doctors put our cat on oxygen, and gave him several medications to try and stabilize him. Our cat had to stay at the ER for a few days. We went to visit our cat in the ER every day. Our cat’s condition was not improving and the ER vets were not able to take him off oxygen. We decided to do the humane thing and let our cat go.

When we confronted this vet about what happened, they were extremely insensitive. The vet began to insinuate that my wife and I (two individuals without any veterinary training or advanced veterinary equipment) should have known about the underlying condition. The vet stated that he knew that the shot could trigger heart disease but did not inform us of that possibility. If we knew that the shot could trigger heart disease, we never would have agreed to the shot. We would have left the vet immediately and our cat might still be alive today. The vet accepted no responsibility for our cat’s death. The vet was not willing to compensate us for our medical expenses at their practice or at the ER. Our cat suffered tremendously. Our cat spent his last two days struggling to breath, on oxygen, in a small cage. We will never be using this vet ever again. If you love your pet and want what’s best for them, STAY AWAY from this practice. We don’t want any pet owners to have to go through what we went through.

Called at 11 a.m. and was able to get a 1 p.m. appt for my corgi. She was limping around all of a sudden.

Slightly higher than my regular vet but I get it since it was an emergency appt on a Sunday. Also, required bloodwork before dispensing meds, another thing that I understand since she isn’t a patient, and truly appreciate.

The doctor and his entire team was awesome to deal with.

We were seen quickly on a Sunday! Everyone was nice and the communication was awesome!
