Very friendly, pet and human, and empathic staff. Clearly explain fur babys health care plan and throughly answer any questions. We love Dr Spofford and staff!!!
Can’t say enough good things about Bayside! Everyone from the front office staff to the veterinarians Dr. Spofford, Dr. Connelly, and Dr. Gosser are kind, friendly, and compassionate. I have been bringing my cats there for years and highly recommend the place. They will care for your pet in the best possible way. Also cute greeter kitty Mali is a bonus!
I had a great experience with Bayside Animal Hospital. It was my first visit with them and they made my dog Titan feel safe and welcome. They went out of their way to see that it is possible to get my dog in for his next appointment. because I do not drive. I highly recommend Bayside Animal Hospital to anyone who loves their pet Thank You Bayside!
I took my dog Moose in for a torn CCL and he needed surgery. I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to afford it at first because I’d heard it can be very expensive. It turned out that the price was extremely reasonable and the doctors and techs did an amazing job. Especially Lori, she was amazing at getting him to stay calm while he had his stitches out. Thank you for taking such good care of Moose!
They say they care and are there for you til the end. If you use them, don’t need an emergency appointment on a Friday at noon. They won’t call you back. After thousands of dollars spent they have no appointments to Euthanize my dog. No appointment Friday, closed Monday and nothing on Tuesday either. She sounded a little pleased about it and likely thought me rude. But I am advocating for my dog like a fur mom should. They do not care. It is a business and run like one. No compassion.
