I would not advise anyone to apply here as a receptionist. Not only was my rights under HIPAA Law exploited (as Megan thought it was a good idea to call around to my doctors and ended up calling the WRONG place), the manager of this establishment, Megan interrogated me about being out sick even though I supplied her with a doctor?s note, accused me of being a liar and threatened to call the cops on me numerous times in one sitting.
Both her and Crystal (office manager) lack professionalism. Crystal takes pleasure bullying anyone who works under her and talking down to them. That?s why most people don?t stay long as a receptionist. They either move up as a Tech or leave the company altogether. SPARE YOURSELF. If you happen to apply and you find yourself targeted by Crystal and Megan, you will see for yourself.
The whole staff was great with me and my anxious dog!
