My 15 year old cat is getting the right med for his teeth without surgery & anesthesia for the time being & he likes the taste! Thank you Dr. Brody.

Today’s visit was not Ok. I would even say it was unacceptable. Despite us telling the tech that they should draw our kitties blood with us present, they took our first cat to another room. After not hearing anything for over 20 min, we went to investigate and saw two techs struggling to draw our cat’s blood. The cat was screaming in distress and was muzzled. We requested that they bring the cat back to the room with us and called the vet. After my husband held the cat, it took 2 min to draw our cat’s blood. The tech kept saying that our cat was in distress and that the cat was gonna hurt them or herself. Then why wouldn’t they come to the room to talk to us to explain the situation? Of course, the cat was in distress if she was poked in EVERY single leg for over 20
    min.
As soon as we held her somehow this was no longer a problem. No problem with the second cat either since we held her, it took 2 min to draw her blood.

This place is phenomenal in the care and attention they give to our dog, particularly Connie. She is kind and patient, and always goes the extra mile (in fact, I always ask for her by name). Our dog hates having his nails trimmed, but with Connie he is far calmer and squirmy. She’s the best.

My dog was there for boarding and when I picked him up he had patches of hair missing on his stomach. Also one of his paws was very injured, bleeding, and a toenail was hanging off to point if you touch it slightly he is yelping. They didn’t report anything to me at all on top of that.

Following Sid’s TPLO surgery we worked with Justin to get him back to pre-surgery state. In just 5 weeks and 10 sessions, Sid’s muscles grew back matching his nonsurgical leg, his stance was 100% perfect and he was back to his happy-go-lucky let’s-party-and-rumble state! At Sid’s 8 week check-in, his vet said it seemed like nothing even happened and he got cleared to slowly resume normal activity. Not only was Justin knowledgeable and great — it was clear that he was patient and kind as Sid was always (too) excited to get to PT! And Sid is not the easiest boy – 5 years, ~70 lbs busy bee pit mix! I would happily recommend Justin for any dog’s PT needs.
