Very professional and compassionate care of my cats. I have been taking my pets there for almost 30 years and have always been pleased with their care and friendliness.
The team here has been caring for our adult/elder dog for a few years now. The level of care and concern for our dog has been wonderful. The providers take the time to answer questions, discuss options, and make sure we have all the information we need to make informed decisions.
During the first part of the pandemic, there were some issues and delays in communication and follow-up, however, I’ve noticed the team is much more responsive and communicative. I have a lot of confidence in the care here.
Also, our pup hates car rides and being at any vet, so she’s usually pretty stressed leading up to the visit, but the staff here is always kind and does their best to make her feel comfortable.
So disappointed. I started coming to this vet when Dr. Schwartz came here. She has since left and I continued to come. My annual vet visit for my senior black lab was $700. At the time, I was told he needed to come back for his lepto booster in 3 weeks. The way it was presented was that it would just be a quick visit for just the booster and that it was already paid for. Fast forward to today when I brought him in for his booster. I was charged $83.50. Not only for the vaccine (which I can understand) but an additional $25 office visit. So his annual visit has cost us nearly $800. After speaking with many different dog owners, this is more than double what they pay annually with the same services. Sadly they have lost a loyal patient today.
