The tech who took her blood was great. She talked to my dog and was sure to explain some side effects of the meds. The actual vet was rude, dismissive, didn’t discuss how she is overweight. My dog is riddled with fatty tumors which is becoming a concern for me. The vet never even noticed them. The other (maybe training ) tech pointed one out to him and he immediately dismissed it as a fatty tumor without even touching it. She is covered in them and it’s something I had wanted to discuss but he just kept dismissing us. She has severe reactive anxiety and I wanted to put her on another med which I told the tech but the vet barely even wanted to talk about. He slapped her on something else without talking about it at all. Then the training tech managed to manhandled a tick to the point that he squished all of its stomach contents back into my dog’s face. I started coming here during thr pandemic and could only talk to them over the phone. I had no idea how bad they were until today. Now I will be finding a new vet for my cats because this is awful. Do not bring your pets here!
For about a year I took my cat here for hot spots, they didn’t seem to care about actually figuring out what the problem was even though I kept asking what other things I can try. They just kept telling me to bring her in for steroid shots. Finally took her to another vet this morning who found that she had a skin infection, an ear infection, and probably an environmental allergy. They also told me that the steriod shots she had been getting cause diabetes if given long term. DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE!!!
