They have been really helpful and professional. Make an appointment first, and then they will handle all the rest. But I do see the price for OWP(puppy plan) increased in 2023.
If you have puppy or kitty, and plan spay or neuter, recommend to buy package at Banfield for first year.
For adult dog/cat,especially old one, not very recommend,Since they won’t take care of urgent situation, or if your pet need to see specialist, then they don’t have. They can give you a recommendation list, and you have to contact other hospitals. but if you don’t care about the cost, then Banfiel can make your routine vaccination and examination easy. I saved an old stray cat last year, but they never found he had cancer during routine visits which drive me crazy. Cancer was found by ER when my cat was very sick.
Recommend for enuthanasia, they give you and your pet a private room and enough time to say goodbye. You can stay with your pet as long time as you need. Cost is reasonable.
