Call them. To see my dying dog. After talking with them. They found him in there system. So they said bring him down. 15 mins later and halfway there. They called and said we can’t see him . He not a client . Hmm they saw him 2 months ago. And gave meds. So not sure I understand.
I told them he dying and they said he not a client. So can’t bring him. This is extremely sad that I will watch my dog of 13 years die ronight. Because he not a client even though that took my 600 2 months and treated him. What a joke.
Don’t like the fact that they don’t work with you on payments they want all there money right up front even in an emergency 🤦♀ï¸
