Only in the medical field do we allow people to get away with the stuff that vets and doctors do and it baffles me as to why.
My dog dog got his shots there last month he got whatever they recommended one of them being an influenza shot that requires a booster a month later well .
here we are a month later and they don’t have the booster and can’t get it so why do they sell me the influenza vaccine to begin with if they’re not going to have the booster in a month.
Please tell me in what other industry is acceptable to sell you half a product
I would give-0 stars on this place is horrible! The amount of money I spent from these people was insane! Over charging on every visit. Had my dog tested for bacterial infection. Every time I went they told me that he continuously had the bacterial infection. I took his fecal matter to another vet, and they said he had no infection at all. So if this is convenient for you and you like spending a lot of money, I suggest you stay here if not, perhaps you should look around there or other reasonable vets that take good care of your pets, and do not overcharge. I hope this message helps somebody because I known this prior to this I would’ve never went to this place.
I am disgusted!!! I pay $100 a month for my dogs insurance, have a $250 deductible per diagnosis and my 9 year old Golden (who is MY world) has been limping and in pain. I call my insurance and I have meet the deductible last year for arthritis and “Limlping”
however when I went today not only did their sick visit appts go from
50 to 100 in a year but he suddenly isn’t covered because the diagnosis is “ per limb!!” When I asked to use the arthritis diagnosis they” can’t use more
than one “ BS!! I work in healthcare for humans. What is crazy is that we pay each month for our kids/family and pay co payments or say &150 for Emergency Room howe we get billed..today they quoted me almost $1000 total ( counting insurance) and wouldn’t even offer or allow me to bill me or pay 1/2 today and rest in 4 days!!! They said “ choose, x-ray or labs ! Labs were to
check his liver to just tolerate pain medication and Xray to screen for cancer!!!!! We paid out “100 sick visit “and walked:( tomorrow we are on a new mission to find an affordable that that actually cares! 🤬
Vets and technician are nice. Front desk people seem a bit impatient and didn’t want to take time explaining to me the cost/process. They were pushing ultrasound after 1 of my dog’s visit (I ended up bringing my dog else where and the Vet said no need at all) and shawsheen quoted me 800 dollars for it. When I called elsewhere and asked for the price, it was all around 500 dollars for the same procedure.
They also won’t work with Chewy. Chewy called them but they told Chewy to work with me because they gave me the physical written prescription. So now I have to mail chewy the paper and wait for them to ship.When I first talked to the Vet technician, she implied that Chewy can work directly with them because they will also have access to prescription.
